Our Production Process
| Die-Electric sealed applique's, toe pads, & grommets are included on our floor mats or carpets. Our mats feature a full scale of colors that will match your stock interior along with your choice of logos and emblems. Lead time on a regular mat order is 1 day and on a custom mat order it is approximately 2 days.
Performance Choice's sewing department is where we hand-craft our own OEM quality leather and vinyl interiors. Many of the items produced can be custom designed per the customer's request.
The state-of-the-art serged binding is applied to our floor mats and cargo mats here. All items then go through our final inspection before being packed and shipped.
Performance Choice designs and builds the molds necessary to produce our molded carpets, seat foam, door panels and other interior parts. With these developed molds and formulas, seat foam is produced with exact fit plus OEM quality and durability.
If you are thinking of purchasing a new interior for your car, ordering new seat foam is a must. Our paint department. With specially formulated custom mixed paints we can our own aerosol paint products that bonds to most interior surfaces. We also custom paint interior parts such as compartment doors, bezels, seat levers, brake consoles, and process approx 1,992 aerosol cans per year. | |  |
